The fixed annual salary paid to the Business Development Partner forms the core of the employee’s compensation package.
Compensation Terms for Business Development Partner (BDP):
The Basic Salary is set at ₹1,00,000 per annum.
Basic Salary eligibility begins from the moment the BDP successfully closes
their first deal.
If the BDP fails to secure any deals for two consecutive months, Sahyadri will not be liable to pay the Basic Salary for that period.
The Basic Salary will be reinstated upon the successful closure of a new deal by the BDP.
Karmala Chowk, Tembhurni, Tal-Madha, Dist-Solapur 413211 - Medical Insurance:
Coverage for medical expenses, including family medical insurance with a Sum Insured of
up to ₹5 lakh. This coverage starts from the closing of the second deal. If the BDP is unable to complete 9 deals in a year, from the next year, the charges for medical insurance
will be directly deducted from their commission. - Term Insurance:
Life and accidental insurance coverage up to ₹50 lakh, providing financial security to the
employee’s family in case of unforeseen events. This coverage starts from the closing of
the second deal. If the BDP is unable to complete 9 deals in a year, from the next year, the
charges for term and accidental insurance will be directly deducted from their commission. - Provident Fund:
A retirement benefits where both the employer and employee contribute a certain percenta
ge of the basic salary. It accumulates over time and can be withdrawn upon retirement or
leaving the company.
A contribution of ₹600 per month, starting from the closing of the third deal or upon satisf
ying performance criteria in the job for 5 months. - Pension Fund:
A contribution of ₹1,200 per month, starting from the closing of the third deal or upon
satisfying performance criteria in the job for 5 months. If the BDP fails to close 9 deals in
a year, the charges for the pension fund will be borne by the BDP until they close 2 deals
or 3 months in the following year, whichever comes first. If the BDP is continuously
unable to close a minimum of 5 deals in a year for two consecutive years, their pension
fund will lapse. - Travel and Accommodation:
Reimbursement or allowances for travel and accommodation expenses incurred while on
business trips or attending company events,
₹5,000 per deal, starting from the closing of the first deal or after 15 days of marketing. - Marketing Allowance: ₹200 per day, starting from the closing of the first deal or after 15
days of marketing.
Incentives: - Performance Bonuses:
Additional financial rewards based on achieving specific performance targets, such as exce
eding sales quotas or meeting business development goals. The exact criteria and amounts
will be defined by the management and communicated periodically.
